    Excellent communication, Shipped when promised, One of the best packing jobs I've ever seen. System is excellent and the mods (handle/blowholes) are VERY clean

    Deal was conducted while Heatware was down so we went through a middle man

    Considering the complexity of planning/executing 4 deals between 3 different people he was very patient and organized.
