  As Paul mentioned in the feedback he posted for me, this was an atypical deal. I shipped him the ram, and he had problems with it (apparently it ruined one of his motherboards). Instead of flying off the handle, he remained calm and just explained to me what had happened, and wasn't blaming me or anything. He returned the ram to me promptly and even paid the shipping. I would deal with Paul again anytime; he showed outstanding character in a tough situation.
