  I purchased: 2 PII CPU's, 1 TNT2 AGP, and 1 370 HS/F

  The package was improperly shipped. The items were loose in the box, shaking around upon arrival. There was no padding. One of the processors had been butchered physically. Though it may have still worked, I was not going to test it in my systems due to its physical condition. He also changed his original thread to remove the fan from that same processor after the transaction was completed (and the processor arrived without the fan that was stated as included in the original thread).
  
  Though this trader did refund my money, these mistakes could have easily been avoided. Perhaps I shouldn't, but I will leave it as neutral since I did receive a refund for the parts that were damaged. This will be my first neutral rating for anyone thus far.
