Bought an IBM X22 laptop and an external DVD writer.

Packed great, the laptop is as clean as mint. Customs took their sweet-a$$ time with it, but after a phone call and a letter, they let it get through. This seller is extremely patient, willing to work out unforeseen problems, and the consumate professional all the way.
