  Dealing with mike has turned out to be a positive experience. Extremely honest trader, responds to PM's quickly. I believe if I sold this powersupply to anyone else it would have turned into a negative/pessimistic outcome. However, Mike was very understanding and patient with me. He did not get angry or write back threatening PM's, but just responded back kindly. I was willing to pay him back for a full refund or pay shipping back to OCZ for RMA. However, being the awesome trader he is, took it upon himself and RMA'd it back, which saved time for the both of us. Since Santa and the toothfairy(OCZ) thought he was being good this year, they upgraded his powersupply to the top of the line model. :)
