  Steven is a standup and honest buyer. I shipped the xbox and chip knowing the xbox was broken but had no idea if the chip was. We settled on a deal where he would pay x amount first in the aspects that both items are broken. If the chip is fine then he would pay an extra amount for the chip. The chip proved to be good and Steven promptly Paypal'd the remaining funds. With all the trolls and dishonest people out there it's good to deal with someone that has morals. Great guy to deal with. Would be more than happy to deal with again.
