    i sold him to sticks of,ram and a video card for 20$, that to my knoledge were in working condition.he notify's me that one stick of ram is fried and the video card is to,i offer to refund his money, he says he threw out the parts,but still wants the money ?? <3

    broken parts... no reason to keep, of course I would throw them out. if they are broken then there should be no reason u would want them back anyways.
