    Bought a retail P4 2.4/533 and Intel 865PERLL from him.

    I posted a WTB and he had exactly what I was looking for. I offered to pay on my next Payday and he went ahead and shipped via DHL ground. Package arrived thoroughly abused the day of payday.

    CPU was in the retail blister pack. Mobo was in the retail box (which looked it has been tied behind the pickup and dragged from here into town). Both items were in a large box filled with peanuts and bubble wrap. I'd consider it adequate packaging.

    I waited to send Paypal until I could verify the contents as working. That was the following weekend over the Christmas holiday. Once the hardware was installed and ran 48 hours without a hitch, I sent non-CC Paypal.

    I would deal with him again provided he used another shipper.
