  I ordered a P3-700 FCPGA pretested at 933 @ 1.7V with Intel Heatsink.

  Well it would not do that on my system at all as our motherboards were different. Andrew is an honest broker though and refunded me the money minus cost to ship which is more than fair. I would do business with again.
