    Purchased a Dell Inspiron 8200 laptop.

    Good communication, great packing and shipping. The laptop arrived with damages that the seller did not disclose to me. He refuses to to do anything about the problem. I couldn't justify a positive or negative eval on this deal. This trader has threatened to retaliate with a neutral eval against me for leaving a neutral on him.

    I told him about why the damages were done to the laptop and why they were necessary. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the laptop because of this.

    What he paid for and the service I gave him does not justify this evaluation. He goes so low to even make up the last sentence. I did not in anyway shape or form threatened him with any type of act (if you see my eval of him, its a positive). Obviously this trader is out to get people and ruin their reputations on Heatware.

    DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM!!!
