  A pleasant person to deal with. Good communication. PM'd me to let me know that he was shipping about 4 days late. I was glad he let me know or I would've gotten worried.
  
  A good price on a nice card (that fortunately I didn't need to have right away) so this is certainly still a POSITIVE.
