    LM3 was the Seller on February 12, 2005 Other/Unknown

    Memory was bad. Failed all tests. Reboots system after about a minute. Seller stated "It worked the last time I "tested" it a couple months ago but it was picky about running with other ram. I don't know if it was a problem with that particular stick or my other. It should work fine but still sold as-is." The memory was so bad any noobie would have known. Be very wary of this seller....

    We've gone over this for a week now. I'm sorry that you feel as if you were cheated but no information was withheld from you. The terms of the sale as listed in the thread specifically stated that everything is sold "as-is" because i'm too busy to test it all but it worked the last time that I had used it which in this case was several months. I further informed you in PM that I had trouble with that particular dimm and explained it all to you. You still chose to go ahead with the buy and now you are upset because you took a risk and it didn't work out for you.

    Please do not waste peoples' time with buying if all you plan to do is cry about your own decisions that you feel were bad.

    I'll further post the information provided to you along with the terms of sale:

    Assume that everything is sold "as-is" unless noted otherwise. If something has a known problem I will say so but I don't have time to test much of this stuff.
