  i messed up and didn't get enought packing in the box, colin let me know right away what the problems were, excellent communications and we worked it out. i sent a replacement hd for the first one that was damaged in shipment
  colin was very nice about my mistake, i really appreciate how he handled it, but i still feel bad that there was a problem in the first place :o
