  What can I say, Emmanuel is a great guy to deal with. One of the sealed CDs was corrupted. Even though I offered a full refund or to deal with the RMA he went ahead and did it himself. Very friendly and understanding guy. I highly recommend Emmanuel and would gladly deal with him again.
