  Andrew is a great guy and I would gladly deal with him again. One of the Cd (which had not been opened and therefore out of his control) happened to be corrupted. Instead of considering it a done deal, he helped me through the RMA process, offering me many options, such as a full refund for the trouble caused. All is fine now... Thumbs up for a great guy
