The drive arrived pretty quickly in decent packaging. However, the drive made some noise and would not detect on any master/slave/cable select on either position on two different controllers. We agree that something must have happened during shipping. S8N gave me a few choices about how to proceed in a professional manner. We opted to do a refund for the purchase price via paypal.
As I always say, it's not wether you encounter problems or not that determines how good of a trader you are.. it's how you deal with the problem when they occur. S8N gets A+ for resolving this to more than my satisfaction!
