  I paid for this PSU in advance knowing that it had to be RMA'd. I knew it would take some time before I received it and the RMA process with OCZ didn't proceed as quickly as we hoped. hawtrawkr went out of his way and bought a new PSU to send to me while he waited for the RMA to be returned. So I ended up getting a new PSU even though it took a few weeks. A great guy to do business with.
