  bought a EPOX 8RDA3+ motherboard.

  CyanDorman was the Seller on March 20, 2005 AnandTech

  motherboard was shipped fast, but had one of the memory clips break.
  also there was a bulging capacitor that wasn't noticed before shipment.
  
  He worked through all of it with me and agreed to a partial refund to cover the cost of doing a out-of-warranty RMA.
  
  so this is a definite positive in my book.
