  Very good and prompt communication, with questions being promptly, accurately and professionally answered. Item arried in mint (in the box, with all the requisite parts (near all unopened!). Definately going to him again if i need anything that's fast. The only thing faster than the hardware you can get from him is his shipping :). Item was shipped when he said it would be, and express to boot. Very highly reccomended!
