  Bought new 2nd Gen iPod mini.

  He shipped first, and I encountered the slowest shipping I have ever had to endure. He was extremely patient the whole time. It finally arrived without incident (no customs fees or taxes:) ), and we both are relieved. Great trader here peeps. Communication was awesome throughout and he was very understanding. Hopefully the slow shipping was just a hiccup and not indicative of of future packages.
