  After speaking with him on the phone on Monday and he stating that he sent the MO out via USPS Priority Mail, I shipped the system on Wed as agreed. I was concerned when the MO did not arrive by Friday. After several emails, he said that the MO did ship on Friday. The MO arrived on Wed. He has made several offers to make things right by offering me free stuff, I refused as I do not feel that he should pay more than agreed as he did actually pay, just not when agreed upon. Thus the neutral rating.
