  A real pleasure to deal with. He came over and I set it up for him to check out. Paid in small bills like I asked and didn't try to bargain after we agreed to a price. Good communication and sticks to the deal/keeps his word. A+ for sure. Hope to deal with him again as it's nice to find solid local traders.
