    Brand new Dell 6000 laptop.

    Mike was a crucial go-between in a transaction with myself and his friend Lisa. The brand new laptop had a cracked screen and after a couple of quick pm's we had the issue resolved. I think that I lost more sleep over this transaction than Mike or Lisa. Mike was great to deal with in a tough situation.
