  • "Sold" an evga 6800 128Mb AGP video card

This is the first negative feedback I've ever written, I don't even think I've written neutral feedback before. This guy deserves a negative as he's simply not trustworthy. I could chronical the entire episode, instead I'll be brief:
    - Sold him an evga 6800 card, he stated he'd pay before I shipped. I shipped, he didn't pay, then promised the next day. Then the next ... Then wanted to pay once he received the card; which was broken when he received it ...
    - Card apparently broken when the card arrived, OK that can happen. Insisted he knew a friend who could fix it. I didn't want this as I could get the card replaced either under insurance, or evga under warranty if it was a manufacturing defect. Either way I'm covered.
    - Justin apparently posts it back the next day without a tracking number and it never shows up. I have no idea why he chose to do this unless he wanted to blame USPS for the card not showing up ... I repeatedly offered to pay for insured shipping, via a means with a tracking number. Justin didn't take this option. BTW USPS has never failed to delivery anything to my address which makes me even more skeptical.

It's been more than 3 weeks and no card. Justin says there's nothing he can do about it, pretty much it's tough luck for me. So sellers please get your money from this guy before you ship, don't trust that he'll send it. Cause he won't. He never PM'd me that he'd changed the terms of payment either, I had to PM/AIM etc. asking when he was going to pay. In general his communication is terrible.

So far I have no card and Justin has done pretty well. Seller beware. I'd also think twice buyers if you're asked to send money first.

Feel free to contact me if anyone wants more details on this guy
