    Mike is a stand up guy and great trader. The card was damaged in transit and he did not panic or overreact, he methodically tested the card and eventually had to set up an RMA. The communication was excellent and prompt. Don't let the lack of heatware make you hesitate to do business with him. He is an honest and excellent person and trader.
