Great guy. Didn't have any heatware or ebay refrences so he sent first but it was as if he had done this a 1000 times. He was kind and courteous, quick to respond, shipped fast, provided a tracking number and gave me time to run a diagnostic on the product. Everything I want from a seller. Trustworthy guy.
