  Very clear and informative on the entire situation of the product. Took extra time to individually test the product ensuring it would work with my system. Excellent communication via email helped us avoid any problem. The product was delivered as detailed, packed very well and shipped without delay. Mark is very dedicated to the buyer's satisfaction and the integrity of what he sells. The Vesther Guarantee (90-day warranty) is above and beyond what I would expect when buying used goods through a private deal. He even let me pay after receiving the goods. I have 100% trust in Mark and would be more than happy to work with him in the future. As another review says, a positive feedback is not enough!
