    Carl's great to deal with. i forgot to send along the #1 install disk for LOTR Battle for Middle Earth with the rest of the game and he brought it to my attention. he was very understanding and sent the p/s supply anyway. i sent hime the disk and completed the deal. A+ trader. thanks!
