    I bought approximately 15 DVD movies from this trader.

    What can I say about this trader? Well?Ǫ nothing but good. I inquired about several DVD movies he posted for sale and I gave him a list of the movies I was interested in buying. One of the movies I really wanted was no longer available however because I really wanted it, he went way out of his way to make the movie available for me to purchase.

    This transaction should have been very simple and straightforward, it wasn?ÇÖt. What followed was a strange series of unforeseen problems entirely beyond both of our control. The ?Ç£heavy lifting?Ç¥ fell on him to sort out the problems, and sort them out he did. You really learn a lot about a trading partner when a deal doesn?ÇÖt go smoothly as expected (like this one). This trader went the extra mile (and beyond) to work out all of the wrinkles and he did it with a great sense of humor and perseverance. It got to a point where we both were laughing about all of the unforeseen difficulties and wondering what would go wrong next.

    I finally received all of the movies on my list and this trader even threw in a couple more movies for free ?Çô even though he incurred extra shipping expenses on this deal. He adamantly refused to let me send him any additional funds and even apologized for the problems with this deal ?Çô even though none of them were his fault!

    As I stated earlier, you really get to know a trader when a deal goes wrong (as some just do). He went out of his way in time, expense and communication to make this deal come to a successful conclusion. He showed genuine concern and worked diligently to get everything straightened out ?Çô and did so admirably.

    If it were possible to rate a trader with more than 5 stars on a 5 star scale, I?ÇÖd have to give this one 10. When the problems arose, he was all over them in a flash. He expedited the shipments at extra expense to him. He insisted on covering the extra expenses entirely on his own ?Çô even though none of the problems were his fault and I sincerely wanted to send additional funds. On top of that, he sent me a couple of DVD movies for free. Wow!!!

    Needless to say, I recommend this trader highly and entirely without reservation. He voluntarily went the extra mile for me (and a few more besides), to see our deal through. If you get a chance to deal with him, I highly recommend you do. I?ÇÖm sure any deal with him would go smoothly (providing the fates allow), but if it didn?ÇÖt, you can be assured that he will be holding up more than his end of the deal. I?ÇÖm glad to have had an opportunity to trade with him and very much enjoyed our communications laughing and joking about the twists and turns of this deal. That made the whole situation interesting, fun and enjoyable from my standpoint.

    You don?ÇÖt find many people or traders like this gentleman anymore, and that is truly unfortunate for most of us. However, we have one here and a small number of other gentlemen/gentlewomen of this caliber in our communities. Those very few in numbers are the ones who make the community ?Çô OUR community what it is or what it?ÇÖs supposed to be. This gentleman has class, and a lot of it. I hope I will have an opportunity to deal with him again. He rates 10 stars in a 5 star rating system.
