    Paul is one of the best traders I have ever encountered. The Fan Master was a bit glitchy and he offered if he could do anything to resolve the problem.

    He took the time to get me an RMA, make sure the RMA was carried through, giving me step by step, detail by detail, any updates he had received himself.

    Paul was a pleasure to deal with and I wished everybody was like this. I would definitely deal with him again.
