  Sold 2 PC100 SODIMMs. They weren't compatible with his laptop so he sent them back to me for a refund.

  Before I shipped him the SODIMMs, he asked me if they'll work with his laptop. I told him if they don't work he can mail them back to me for a refund, so he agreed. He had great communication. He let me know very promptly that they didn't work, and sent them back well packaged. Good person to deal with.
