    Eric was an absolute joy to work with.
    He was on top of the transaction from start to finish. He was courteous, well spoken, and polite. A true gentleman in every sense of the word.
    He sent payment exactly when and exactly as he said he would. He let me know it was on it's way.
    As soon as the burner arrived, he tested it, let me know everything was fine and posted heat.
    For a guy with a tiny little heat, he sure knows how to get things done. ;)
