  I bought 2x160GB HDDs, were broken but it was Okay :).

  I bought 2x160GB HDDs from him, he told me that they were RMA'd versions and that he hadn't been able to test them and were possibly broken. I took the risk and bought them anyway (it was a really good deal). They were DOA, which kinda upset me but he did warn me and we discussed the possibility of refund long before it actually happened. I recieved my refund and I'm still happy with his service. This semi-sour experience will not affect further business. Good seller and I'll gladly buy more from him (like his 9500 ;).)
