  Great buyer. He had a few bad exeriences from previous deals with other sellers and buyers and was a bit aprehensive. We laid everything in the transaction step by step, went over every detail. And transaction went very smooth. He easy person to communicate with, responded to all communications very promptly. Money was sent promptly. Great guy to work with.
