  Frank was fantastic to deal with. Seeing as he didn't have many refs I asked if he would be willing to ship first (after checking myself out of course) and he agreed. The package arrived in excellent time and was well packaged.
  Communication was also excellent.
  I would not hesitate in recommending any kind of deal with him.
