USPS screwed up and did'nt ship the package and did'nt notify anyone about it...caused delay and I contacted max about it...e-mail was fast and apoligetic...even said a neg eval would not be challanged...ofcourse that was the same day the drives showed up....took a real hit in shipping to try and make up lost time was extremely concerned about me being happy with this deal....impressive....communication was really off the chart good(hell I don't talk to my wife as much as I did max...LOL)extremely happy with this deal and I look forward to my next one with you....thanks again....later
