  Andrey had a FS thread up with a bunch of stuff, including an "IOGear USB 2.0 PCI Card", I posted interest in the thread & Andrey emailed me. We reached a deal, I PayPal'd & he shipped. I received the card in short order.

  The card wasn't in an anti-static bag, but was adequately cushioned.
