    Excellent trader. Super fast shipping and some of the best packaging I've seen in awhile. But the best part of this deal was Ben's communication. He replied to every PM and/email I sent him in a very timely manner. He was very easy to work with. Even though he had no Heat when we agreed on the deal, I felt very comfortable cross-shipping with him. Ben will probably become one of the top traders on the boards in my opinion.
