    Excellent service! This low-cost modem was iffy on one of my PCs. Definitely not the sellers fault. Nonetheless, CadetLee really provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. He sent me another driver disk, and kept checking with me on the modem status.

    He is a seller you won't have to spend time to track in case of a problem. He is totally available and accessible.
