  Bought a HP Pavilion N3190 notebook. Notebook was sold AS-IS without hard drive.

  Notebook arrived without the connector necessary to install the hard drive. Geoff went out of his way to find a rare connector and paid a high price for it (1/3 the sale price of the notebook). He shipped the connector to me and I was able to restore the laptop. A terrific seller that went out of his way to complete a trade. Took over a month to complete but still satisfied nonetheless. Two Thumbs Up!
