    extremely polite person, And also a very generous one. I messed this transaction up by shipping a drive that wasnt exactly the one he wanted. I miss read the P/N on the drive. He messaged me about it. I checked my records, and saw my mistake. Offered him a refund + his return shipping cost, but he decided to keep the drive. Excellent person willing to work with me. He deserves better than a possitive.
