    Bought supposedly new retail box kit, received, what I believe to be a used (unsatisfied with it's overclock?) processor, with
    no honorable warranty, and no
    HSF. Took 9 days to get it shipped, as well, because seller waited until friday before a holiday to drop it off when it was paid for on wednesday.

    I fully expect him to leave me negative feedback for outing him as a troll, which I will
    summarily follow up with a complaint to heatware stating my "negative" feedback from him is unwarranted.

    Send in a never used AMD 64 3500 with retail box / CPU / warranty papers but forgot stock heatsink. Send replacement a never used stock heatsink after. This guy don't know how to use the warranty, and tries to lay the problem on me.
