Seller was very prompt and kept up good communication. When the item turned out to be defective, without hesitation, he refunded me the cost of repairs from the manufacturer at my request. The seller was quick to send the item after receiving payment, and always promptly responded whenever i emailed questions. Despite our unfortunate luck, the seller has been very professional, and gave me better "customer service" than you qould expect from most retail outlets. I would definitely do business with him again. Absolutely top notch.
