    Purchased a Hitachi 400GB SATA hard drive

    Firstly, I was very much considering leaving a neutral reference, due to the poor quality (in my opinion) packaging of the hard drive, but I've decided to leave a postive reference for the following reasons:

    1) The hard drive works and shows no signs of obvious abuse

    2) I would rather keep the hard drive than return it - if I were to leave a neutral I would offer the seller the chance to take the hard drive back instead.

    3) Seller was EXTREMELY polite and positive about the whole situation, left me positive heat with no conditions attached

    4) Promised that this was a one time occurance due to trying to get the package out quickly, and that all future packages would be packaged better.

    In the end, I would recommend this trader to others for the willingness to work out a situation in a positive way. I'm sure future shipments will be packaged in a way that nobody could complain about them.
