    Great communication and smooth transaction; unfortunately, the DNR appeared to be defective when trying to get it running. :( Jeff was very patient while I tried to get it working, then had no problem taking the unit back and refunding the $$$ paid for it. Stand-up trader that I wouldn't hesistate to deal with!
