    I paid for shipping to me (put it on my account) and shipper packaged item *VERY* well. As he was a 'newbie' to trading, he agreed to ship first [at my expense] and got it underway at a good pace. - Item arrived in good condition, and after a brief testing period, passed diags. I paid him as soon as funds were cleared in my paypal. Would buy from again.
