    HP 4000 LaserJet printer scam

    Ronin007 was the Seller on October 15, 2005 ArsTechnica

    I received no contact that I didn't have to request first - no word when the printer shipped or how (much less tracking #). But apparently my emails are read because the day after I said I was going to give a week before asking for a refund - the printer is reported lost in the system. Supposedly I'm to get refunded after the claim is settled - no behavior to date leads me to believe that I will be refunded.

    You can't fake FedEx tracking information . . . . FedEx LOST the package, and I issued him a FULL REFUND. I called him and e-mailed him, and the only response I received was insults, profanity, and complaints. Why he has blamed me for something clearly out of my control I have no idea.
