Steven was an amazing trader. Super communication, very polite, super quick shipping and a very trustworthy and all around great guy. He forgot to send the plugin and because of this was willing to pay next day air shipping on the weekend to get it to me. I found one at Radio Shack though and he gladly not only paid for it but added even more to it for my trouble. You cannot beat this type of dealer and I would gladly deal with him anytime in the future. Thanks so much Steven and I hope you enjoy the monitor as much as I did.
