I sold this person what I thought was a 16x slot loading dvd-rom and I will never again go by what windows xp pro thinks it detects.

This person awsome in dealing with this bump in the road, I really had no idea it was a 6x speed and he was very understanding, I was going to go with whatever he wanted to do to make this problem right again, he wanted a slight refund and I was of course ok with it. I am very happy we were able to settle and I do apologize again for this misunderstanding!
