  I purchased this monitor in July 2005, it arrived to me severely damaged. I could not file a claim with FEDEX but the seller was able to, so I gave the monitor back to FEDEX and they shipped it back to him. I asked for my money back many times on 3 different email addresses and through private messages on the forum but I have gotten no response. It has been 6 months and I still do not have my money.
